Scrap lifted from http://www.stampingtoshare.com/ site.  I used my own colors and American Craft paper.  Just a bright fun page.  I made the yellow sections 8 x 8 and used 1, 3/4 and 1/2 circle punches to make the dots.  The 2 large red dots under the yellow are 1 3/4 circle punch and the tag is a Quickutz cookie cutter die.
